When you deeply experience deep love with somebody it is as if you have merged with that person. Expansion happens when you are rally in love. When Jiva (Self) looks Jagat (world or object) with deep love it becomes god or eshwara. On the question about love, He says that we look at an object or person from the perspective of hat I can get from it, her or him. It is therefore from the zone of fear and greed. It is called pravritthi. If we are looking at it from the perspective of what I can contribute to that person, it is from nivrithi or from process of love. No word can really express love.
