To begin, the children offered Shri Guru Puja to our beloved Guru, Swamiji in deep gratitude and devotion. After puja, they were led into 1-hr Nithyananda Yoga practice, Prathama Vinyasa Krama by Ma YY. They started with a gentle warm-up focusing on loosening the wrists and stretching the back followed by skeleton dance. They learned 5 new yogasanas: UNMUKHAPITHA-ASANA II, VASISTHA-ASANA, ANJANI-ASANA, PASCIMATANA-ASANA & UGRASANA. Next, the kids sat in padmasana or sukhasana to connect with Swamiji in oneness for a few minutes. The last segment was power manifestation, we recapped the Shastra Pramana, Apta Pramana & Atma Pramana of 3rd Eye power and entered into the next Advance 3rd eye powers - drawing objects. Kids were shown 4 images of objects blindfolded and then they drew what they saw in oneness with Swamiji.
