Original Verse
"पुनर्दक्षिणतः कुर्यात् पूर्ववत् सुरपूजिते |
प्राणायामविधिः प्रोक्तो ब्रह्ममन्त्रस्य साधने ॥ ४८ ॥"
Transliteration
"punardakṣiṇataḥ kuryāt pūrvavat surapūjite |
prāṇāyāmavidhiḥ prokto brahmamantrasya sādhane ॥ 48 ॥"
Translation
"Then O Thou, worshipped by the celestials, the devotee should again go through the same process with his right nostril. I have described to thee, the mode in which Pranayama is to be performed for the success in Brahma Mantra. 48"
