HDH Bhagawan Sri Nithyananda gave a discourse in the Hindu Temple and Cultural Center in Seattle titled 'Shiva Sutras - The HOW to Enlightenment'. Shiva Sutras is a set of techniques given by Lord Shiva to His Consort Parwathi. When meditated upon, these techniques can put one directly into the Experience that is Enlightenment.
