Delegates of KAILASA Australia had the distinct honor of meeting esteemed leaders of the BAPS organization in Melbourne. The delegates presented the BAPS leaders with the "UNITED STATES OF KAILASA: Revival of the Ancient Enlightened Hindu Civilizational Nation" book.

The gift was received with great reverence by the BAPS representatives, including the PRO Head, Mr. Pulin Amin Ji, who acknowledged the continuous and tireless work for humanity by THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, and extended a warm invitation for KAILASA to participate in all future BAPS events.

Major Media Outlets Celebrate Breaking News of KAILASA’S Hindus—THE SPH NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM Exonerated of False Ludicrous Allegations

Earlier this week, on 2 February 2024, in a significant legal triumph, the Honorable Gujarat High Court, in case number R/SCR.A/9973/2019, dismissed all charges in the false case in Gujarat against THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, and KAILASA, orchestrated by anti-Hindu forces. This landmark decision marks another milestone in the lawfare faced by THE SPH and KAILASA amidst ongoing persecution.

More than 50 large corporate media houses have celebrated the Grand Legal Victory of KAILASA's Hindus, undisputedly acknowledging THE SPH's exoneration and reporting the High Court order as it is, without bias and prejudice. To name a few - Amarujala, ANI, AsianetNews, BW Legal World, Coastal Digest, Dinakaran, Divya Bhaskar, Economic Observer, Hindustan, IndianExpress, Inkl, Latestly, Law Insider, Live Law, Madhyamam, Mantavya News, Navasamaja, PTI, Punjab Kesari, The Law Advice, The Hindu, The Print, The Week, Times of India, Udayavani, Vistaranews, WebIndia, etc.

The media also highlighted a significant oral remark from the Honorable Justice while delivering the final conclusion to the matter regarding the fact that it took more than four years to bring the false allegations to an end. The Judge concluded – "Spiritual roads are always lengthy, lengthy, and tough." The Honorable Gujarat High Court also acknowledged that nuns wrongly accused of being kidnaped were actually, of their own free will, on a spiritual path, residing in KAILASA and conducting spiritual sessions–Paramashivoham Program–that is attended by people from all over the world.

The Honorable Court has dismissed the baseless, malicious case filed by Hindumisic elements against THE SPH and rejected the baseless allegations of abduction, child trafficking, and illegal confinement, among other ludicrous and malevolent accusations. These allegations had previously led to brutal attacks and the illegal destruction of KAILASA’s Yogini Sarvajnapeetam, established by THE SPH, jeopardizing the lives and religious rights of its nuns and students of the traditional Gurukul school.

The malicious spread of these false allegations by the Hindumisic media, not only in Gujarat but globally, was a concerted effort to do character assassination of the SPH and KAILASA, thereby impeding its humanitarian efforts and the resurgence of Hindu feminism and women empowerment at the core of KAILASA’s mission.

Furthermore, in a preceding victory earlier this year, the Indian Court at Ramanagara charged Hindumisic extremist and serial rapist Lenin Karuppan for the crimes of rape, extortion, and criminal intimidation committed against THE SPH and KAILASA. This action was taken in response to the creation and dissemination of a malicious deepfake video aimed at extorting a massive sum of over 100 crore rupees or 12 million USD from KAILASA.

YouTube has also taken steps to curb the spread of harmful deepfake content related to this lawfare, blocking over 110 videos featuring malicious, obscene deepfake content that gathered more than 80 million views across multiple channels, totaling more than 160 million subscribers. YouTube has recognized the malicious nature of these deepfakes and, apart from a geographical block, has issued a strict warning unequivocally justifying its actions.

These victories once again underscore the innocence of and the targeted attacks against THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM and highlight the ongoing persecution against Him and KAILASA’s followers, drawing increasing support from legal entities and international organizations.
