Grand Legal Victory for KAILASA’s Hindus! False Charges Dismissed by Hon’ble Gujarat High Court

February 02, 2024 - Honorable Gujarat High Court Dismisses All Charges in False Gujarat Case Against THE SPH Fomented by Anti-Hindu Forces

Amidst relentless persecutions, THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, and KAILASA achieved another milestone legal victory in the false Gujarat case lawfare orchestrated by the anti-Hindu mafia.

The Honorable Gujarat High Court has dismissed all false charges against THE SPH. The Honorable High Court has rejected all false allegations of abduction and other ludicrous, malevolent, and fallacious accusations and terminated the false case.

These false allegations against THE SPH served as the foundation for brutal attacks and the illegal annihilation of KAILASA’s Yogini Sarvajnapeetam, a female monastery, school, and university established by THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM. Amidst these attacks, KAILASA’s nuns were denied their right to life and right to religion and subjected to immediate life threats.

These false allegations were massively spread by anti-Hindu media across Gujarat and the entire India, extending to other countries worldwide, aiming to generate anger, hateful sentiments, and reprisals against THE SPH and KAILASA, causing irreparable damage to its ecosystems and leading to the termination of humanitarian aids provided by KAILASA to other countries and communities.

These attacks, profoundly racist, also aimed at preventing the resurgence of Hindu feminism and women empowerment, which was the core of KAILASA’s Yogini Sarvajnapeetam, KAILASA’s main ecosystem in Gujarat. Defense statements of KAILASA’s nuns, emitted through written letters to the police, verbal declarations given at police stations, affidavits submitted to the courts, the High Commission of India, and United Nations agencies, along with social media testimonials, were suppressed and voluntarily omitted by the media who relentlessly spread false accusations, violating all media ethics, regulations, and principles.

Recently this year, this victory was preceded by another significant milestone for KAILASA’s Hindus as the Indian Court of Ramanagara has taken cognizance of the heinous crimes of rape, extortion, and criminal intimidation perpetrated by the anti-Hindu forces against THE SPH and KAILASA.

The court has charged the serial rapist Lenin Karuppan, one of the main conspirators against KAILASA, with rape, extortion, and criminal intimidation and ordered immediate action against him and lawyer Sridhar, the co-creators of the malicious deepfake video and key conspirators in the brazen attempt to extort a staggering sum of 100 crore INR, equivalent to over 12 million USD, from KAILASA.

Earlier this year, YouTube took action to stop the diffusion of this harmful deepfake and blocked more than 110 such videos featuring malicious, obscene deepfake content that gathered a total of more than 80 million views across multiple channels totaling more than 160 million subscribers. YouTube has recognized the malicious nature of these deepfakes and, apart from a geographical block, has issued a strict warning unequivocally justifying its actions.

Day by day, the undeniable innocence of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM and the relentless persecution orchestrated against THE SPH and KAILASA’s Hindus is coming to light, gathering more and more victories, recognitions, and support from legal entities, international organizations, and agencies.
