Original Verse

दोउ फणां पाणि होय वैसे एडी दो गुदा निवैसै कोर पगथल्या की माहिली आयस माहि राषै मिली॥ १८८ दोउ गोडा आगे आनै सूधो करि ऊंचा ले ठानै हाथ दोउ ले उपर धरें उभै हथेली सुधी करे ॥१८९ गोडा मधि द्र्ष्टि को करे अैसी भांति ध्यान को धरै सम ग्रीवा सम राषे काय सुर को गहि आकर्षे वाय ॥१९०

Transliteration

"dou phaëäpäëi hoya baise eòéà do gudä nivaise | kora pagathalyäìké mähilé äpasa mähi räkhai milé ॥189 ॥ dou goòä äge änai sudho kari uïcä le öhäne | hätha doü le upara dhare hathelé sudhé kareà ॥ 190 ॥"

Translation

Sit straight with supine and neck in one line. Being seatted on toes touching each other, placing arms above the heels. Bring both the knees in front, keeping them straight raise them a little. Place both hands above the legs with palms turned upward and fingers stretched. Gaze between the knees as if meditating.

Instruction

1. Bend the knees and come to the tip of your toes, let the toes touch each other.

2. Sit straight with spine, neck and head in one line.

3. Keep both the knees in front and raise them from the ground.

4. Place both hands above the legs with palms turned upward and fingers stretched.

5. Gaze between the knees in meditative space"
